Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Bag It Up Boutique. We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We are a small business that does our best to get items out smoothly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, tracking, international shipments, and more.

1. Order Processing:

  • Orders will be processed within 1-7 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed, excluding national holidays.
  • We do not ship on the weekends so any order made after 6PM PST on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.
  • You will receive an email or phone confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

A. Custom or Made-to-Order Items: 

  • Items that are made-to-order will take up to 7-10 days to create, which DOES NOT include the shipping time.
  • Complete custom items will take from 7-14 days to process or more time as needed. This DOES NOT include the shipping time. 
  • If items are needed sooner you will have to email our customer service team at hello@bagitupb.com or leave a note on your order. We will get back to you to confirm a rushed processing time. Additional fees will be added. 

2. Tracking Information:

  • To track your order, please refer to the tracking information provided in your email or text confirmation.
  • If you have any inquiries or encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact the respective shipping carrier for prompt assistance.

3. Cancellations and Changes:

  • We do not offer cancellations or changes to orders once they have entered the shipment process.
  • Please ensure you triple-check your selected sizes and shipping address before completing your order to avoid any issues.

4. Shipping Delays:

  • Shipping delays can occur especially with custom items. We will always communicate. 
  • We do not process items on the weekends, so any item ordered during the weekend will not be shipped out until at least Monday if its an IN STOCK item. 
  • Tracking information may not be updated as frequently as usual. We appreciate your patience during these challenging times.

5. International Shipments:

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country's customs authorities upon delivery.
  • If international packages are declined or returned to us due to unpaid duties or other issues, you will receive a refund for the order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

6. Address Errors:

  • Please double-check your shopping cart and shipping information when placing your order. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed.
  • If an order is returned to us due to a customer address error, we will reattempt shipment, and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping rate.
