What is the return policy?

All sales are final. If you have received the wrong size/item or a damaged item please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will only accept apparel items with tags still attached. We ask that you provide your order number and name to our email (hello@bagitupb.com).

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*

Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed!

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so size up if unsure with the fit or fabric, or email us for personal assistance on picking a size! Thank you!

What is the shipping policy?

Orders will be processed within 7 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact the shipping carrier so they can best serve you and help you figure out any issues. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. Please triple check your sizes and addresses!

****Please note that shipping carriers are experiencing significant delays.We're also hearing that carriers are not updating tracking status as frequently as they normally do, due to under staffing and COVID-19*****

***We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.***

Is Bag it Up Boutique size-inclusive?

Yes! Our main mission from the beginning was to be size-inclusive and we have kept up with that promise. In most of our apparel items we go from sizes S-4X but occasionally we also offer XS and 5X. We don't have a straight-size or a plus-size section. All of our apparel is on one page and this page is not seperated by size. We welcome everyone to shop at our boutique!
